Kerry-Ann + Nick’s Wedding – October

I undoubtedly have the best job in the world. How many people can say they get to hang out with great people, on their wedding and just celebrate!? I’m one of them and I feel incredibly honoured.

My name is Alex Szczesniak (it’s ok if your head hurts when you look at my surname.) and I run Boutique Blinks. I see myself as much more than just your wedding photographer. I’ve come to realise in my time doing what I do, that I do so much more than just take photos. One minute I’m helping someone put together their wedding day schedule, the next I’m explaining how to do up a bow tie to a clueless groomsman. I made the call very early on that I wouldn’t just be a guy with a camera but that I would be a relatable person first and a photographer second. What I’m trying to say is that for a wedding photographer, a wedding day should be about the people and having a whole lot of fun with them!

Kerry-Ann & Nick were married at Inglewood Inn late last year on a gloriously sunny day. I had the pleasure of tagging along as a second photographer for Rebecca Scharber Photography. When I met these two amazing people I found them to be so down to earth and their bridal party were just as great! The tears flowed, laughs were shared by all and when the time came, this bunch of legends tore up the dance floor! The staff at Inglewood were so meticulous in everything they did for the newlywed’s families and guests. The reception room was spectacular and the food and beverages just topped everything off. I personally had one of the best cooked steaks I’d ever had. It was incredible. It was the perfect choice of venue for the kind of people Kerry-Ann & Nick are.

So if you’re looking for a beautifully kept venue for your ceremony and reception plus a group of staff that will make you feel right at home and take excellent care of you then I personally and highly recommend Inglewood Inn!

I love working with all kinds of folks in this line of work and if you’re an easy-going, adventurous type who doesn’t mind climbing through (or over) a fence for me on your wedding day, then I’d absolutely love to chat with you!
