Here’s a handy checklist of things you’ll need to let Milly know :

• final numbers adults / children / vendors (don't forget yourselves!)

• running times for the day (click here for our recommended guide)

• food and drink package choices (don't forget the canapes from cold/hot if doing sit down!)

• dietary requirements – if sit down I will send you a floorplan to fill out so it's easy for us to find them on the night!

• ceremony set up

• reception set up

• list of vendors with drop off/set up times (if applicable) and if they require a meal on the night

Feel free to email through any of these things before our meeting, otherwise, we can discuss them in person.

All final decisions need to be confirmed no later than one month prior to the big day.
