We like to believe that we have some of the best local produce in South Australia coming out from our little area. Fringing on the Barossa, we’re spoilt for choice with local wineries such as Paracombe Premium Wines and Totino Wines only a few kilometres away. A short drive on from that results in the quirky and fabulous things coming out of Lobethal such as the craft beers of Beirhaus and Bird in Hand’s sparkling – both available for your special day.
Our Head Chef George Sinoy takes the Adelaide Hills as influence for the flavours in his food, resulting in dishes such as red wine braised lamb shoulder and crispy pork belly for entree.
After the ceremony allow guests to graze on our Adelaide Hills keg tops featuring our Chef’s selection including house cured meats & sausage, fresh breads, dip, house made pate, pickled vegetables & olives, aranchini & a soft cheese.
A selection of hot and cold canape items are also included with most packages, ensuring your guests won't go hungry throughout the day.
All drink packages include an hour of drinks service in our garden bar on the lawns.
Our selection of wines has been designed around our local surroundings, with wineries such as Paracombe and Totino featuring heavily. We also stock South Australian wineries such as Bird in Hand, Alpha Box and Dice and Unico Zelo.
We have 4 taps in the function room, allowing you to choose which beers and ciders from a selection of 13. All of our beers are South Australian, including West End, Coopers, Lobethal Bierhaus and a rotating selection of different small craft breweries. Our cider is Barossa Cider Co.
