Our lower level Function Room mixes the new with the old, allowing your wedding reception to take in the stunning views without losing its historic charm.
We believe that every wedding should be a unique and personal occasion which is why our venue has been designed so that it can be altered to suit the personal style of each couple, creating a special, unique and unforgettable wedding day.
The original stone wall, built in 1857, provides a rustic backdrop to the modern glass extension with panoramic views of the Adelaide Hills, Para River, Elm Trees and gardens. From there each couple are able to put their own touch on the room with different decor. Whether your heart is seat on rustic and vintage, industrial or glam – the room easily adapts to any theme.

Your guests wont go home hungry
Our food packages have been designed to cover all aspects of the day. Start the feasting after the ceremony with canapes served on the lawns, followed by a three course meal where guests have a choice of dishes.
Our cocktail receptions are designed to feed your guests, as we know you don’t want them to go home hungry. Let your friends and family enjoy delicious canapes, mingle with each other and get the dance floor started early!

Which is why our menu is tailored around this, featuring locally sourced produce including local pears, cheeses and meats. Our wine list is extensive featuring favourites such as Paracombe, Jericho and Vinteloper and more as well as a large selection of SA craft beers available on tap to choose from.
