Ceremony FAQs
Garden ceremonies are available with a reception booking. For vows-only, choose our Elopement Package (Wednesdays & Thursdays).
The enclosed verandah beside the Function Room has clear blinds, power, and seating for up to 20 plus standing — while still keeping the Hills views.
50 Black Americana chairs, sandstone-top signing table with chairs, wine barrels and umbrellas, nearby private bar, power access, and golf-buggy transport to the lawns if needed.
Please bring your own or use your celebrant’s portable unit. There is power access throughout the gardens. Our reception PA is available once inside.
Yes — garden rehearsals can usually be arranged the day prior, depending on other bookings. Timing is confirmed one month out.
Exclusive access is from 11am the morning of. If there’s no function the night before, limited day-prior setup may be possible (confirmed one month out).

Yes, reception-only bookings are available.
Sit-down: Bridal party of up to 12. 4x guest rows of up to 24 (96 total). An addition children's table can also be organised.
Cocktail: up to 150 adults.
Sit-down (Alternate Drop, Shared, or Guest Choice).
Cocktail (hot/cold canapés + larger items).
All menus focus on seasonal South Australian produce.
Yes — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other dietary needs can be accommodated with notice.
Yes, kids’ meals are $45 each. They include a kids’ main (nuggets, pasta, etc.), a slice of wedding cake, and bottomless soft drink and juice.
Choose a drinks package (1 hr post-ceremony + 5 hrs reception) or run a bar tab (minimum spend of $40 per person). Spirits are available on consumption. Optional SA Gin & Tonic Hour add-on.
Yes, tastings are held twice a year for all upcoming couples. You’ll receive an email invitation when the next date is announced.
No, we don’t allow BYO. All drinks are to be purchased through the Inglewood Inn. This is because we exclusively stock South Australian producers and craft beverages.
You’re welcome to bring your own wedding cake. Cakeage is dependent on your package — it’s either complimentary or charged, and the price varies.
Bar closes at 11:45pm, guests out by midnight.
Next-day pick-up is available from 11:00am.
Drip-enclosed candles only.
No nails, pins or adhesives.
Nothing hung from trees.
No confetti.
Furniture moves by agreement with the Function Manager.

Yes, if you’ve already booked your own celebrant or photographer, we can adjust the package price accordingly.

Yes — our Head Chef Natalie designs seasonal menus with local SA produce, seafood and meat. All meat is Halal.
Yes — couples can add late-night snacks such as fries, sliders or pizza. These are served after the main meal to keep guests fuelled for dancing.
Yes — all our wines, gins, beers and spirits are proudly South Australian.
